Clarisonic Body Brush Head Review

The Clarisonic Plus and Pro have the option of attaching a body brush. Both handsets have a body mode. The body brush must be affixed to the Clarisonic in order for the body mode to activate. The body cycle is 3 minutes compared to the facial cycle of 1 or 2 minutes (depending on setting).

Body: For cleansing areas of the body needing extra care and attention, including the décolleté, hands, arms, elbows and feet. Works with Clarisonic PLUS and PRO models.

I initially expected a much larger brush head, but in reality the body brush itself is about an inch larger than the regular Clarisonic facial brush heads. The bristles sit on a grey base surrounded by black outer bristles and white inner bristles. It feels as soft as the facial brushes.

To be honest, I actually fail to see the need to have a body brush since a facial brush and two sessions with the Clarisonic will be the equivalent of one session with the body brush. That said, the brush is a nice though unnecessary addition to your Clarisonic arsenal.

While I enjoy using the body brush head, I can obtain the same results using old facial brush heads (that I can no longer use on the face) on the body. It might take longer, but it will provide the same results as the body brush.
